Privacy & Data Protection
This page explains, in plain terms, how MoRevents GbR (Prima Hostess) collects and protects personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Data controller
The data controller is MoRevents GbR, operating the Prima Hostess platform. For any privacy-related request you can contact us at info@primahostess.com.
What data we collect
For staff members: identity, contact details, physical measurements, languages, skills, work preferences, media (photos/video) and, where provided, banking (IBAN) and tax/identity document information used exclusively for engagement and payment. For clients: name, company, contact details and event requirements submitted through the request form.
Why we process it (legal basis)
We process staff data to build professional profiles, match talent to events and manage engagements (performance of a contract and, where applicable, your consent — Art. 6(1)(a)(b) GDPR). We process client data to respond to staffing enquiries and provide our services (legitimate interest / contract). We keep a record of the consent you give at registration, including the date and the version of this policy you accepted.
Who can see your data
Sensitive and identifying details are never shown to clients by default. Clients only view anonymized professional profiles through private shortlist links. Real contact details are shared with a client only after explicit confirmation by our team.
Service providers (processors)
We rely on a limited set of trusted providers who act as data processors on our behalf under appropriate agreements: Brevo (transactional email delivery), Amazon Web Services / SES (email and secure electronic-signature infrastructure) and OpenAI (AI-assisted parsing of profile information you submit). These providers process personal data only on our instructions and for the purposes described here.
International transfers
Some of our processors may process data outside the EU/EEA (e.g. in the United States). Where this happens, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and/or adequacy mechanisms recognised under the GDPR.
Data retention
We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above. Active staff profiles are kept while your account is active; if you request deletion or remain inactive, we remove or anonymize personal data within a reasonable period, retaining only what we are legally required to keep (e.g. billing and tax records, typically up to 10 years under German law). You can request account and data deletion at any time from your profile.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, export (data portability) or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting processing already carried out). You can exercise access, export and deletion directly from your profile page, or contact us at info@primahostess.com. We will respond within the legally required timeframe.
Right to lodge a complaint
If you believe your data protection rights have been infringed, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent German data protection supervisory authority.
Cookies
We use only strictly necessary cookies required to keep you securely signed in (session/authentication). We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies, so no cookie consent banner is required.
Security
We apply technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including encryption at rest of the most sensitive fields (e.g. IBAN and identity document numbers). Access to sensitive information is restricted to authorized personnel only.
